Our head consultant Vasken Yacoubian founded Cyprus Insights in 2011, as his personal challenge to improve his own lifestyle and at the same time bringing his 20+ years of experience in the field of international business and consulting to good use.
All our team members are like-minded and have been driven to Cyprus for diverse reasons. We have all realised that here is the place where we can all coexist, enjoy a good life and run a successful business all at the same time.

Vasken Vasilis Yacoubian
Investment Consultant/Founder
Born in Lebanon of Armenian descent, Vasken is an avid traveller and multilingual. After working in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, Vasken has chosen to settle in Cyprus as his final destination. Vasken enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and trying different cuisines.
With over 20 years’ experience in consultancy and managing multinational companies, he will be your expert in combining business and pleasure, to bring a fun and exciting tweak to your profitable investment.
Alan Warren Kemp
Head of Property Management
Australian-born Alan has worked extensively in the property and construction industry abroad. After travelling many countries around the world, he chose to settle in Cyprus as his new home. Alan loves sports and he is currently training to run one of Cyprus’ challenging marathons.
