The Greek government has introduced a procedure for non-EU citizens to obtain residence permits through real estate investments in Greece. The permit can be renewed every five (5) years and the value of the real estate should exceed €250.000.
The above permit covers the members of the investor’s family to whom, at their request, an individual residence permit is issued, that expires together with the residence permit of the sponsor.
